Would this felt be thick enough to make a wallet or small bags?

If this felt is from Over the River Felt, probably yes. The quality is outstanding, a wool blend. I love working with it. The best I ever have used.

Would this be good to make felt flowers?

I can't say for sure - I've never made felted flowers. These sheets are a little heavier than what you buy in craft stores. The colors are beautiful.

Is the felt 100% natural wool (natural fibers) or made of synthetic fibers?

This felt is 35% wool and 65% Rayon. Both natural fibers.
