I'm 35 years old and I work out a lot, and my biggest problem was to get my abs more define, so instead of taking all the other crazy stuff these guys taking I turn to the more natural way of building my body, which is to work out naturally and cleanse my self. I tried a few cleanser before but they don't work for me, they either give me a puffy stomach or abnormal bowel movement. Great product, When I first start using it I use it for two months, then break for a month, and now I use it for one month and break for two months.
