Skechers womens D'lites-play on

i work 12+ hr shifts where i'm constantly on my feet, moving around, lifting things, all kinds of physical labor. my foot pain usually translates to immense back pain but these shoes solved half my problems. amazing support, very cute to wear, incredibly comfortable, super breathable, and made my job easier just by being on my body. amazing. get it now!! unfortunately i wore these as my every day shoes and they're starting to get worn down, but they lasted me a full year of ridiculous labor, hiking, and walking so im quite pleased :)

So comfortable. Toe box is extra roomy, doesn't hurt my hammer toe. I had worn these from 2016-2022. Can't remember why I didn't continue to wear them. I tried the Sketchers slip ons, earlier this year. I thought they were comfortable, but they did hurt my hammer toe if I worn them 2 days in a row. After a few months the very high arches in those aggravated my ankle arthritis to.the point I could barely walk at work (average 4-5 K steps/day). I tried getting fitted for shoes at an athletic store, in October, was told I have almost flat feet so don't need a high arch she. They couldn't get my size so I ordered the shoes via Amazon. After a week, these $180 specialized running shoes, felt too narrow across the top of the foot (base of the shoe lace holes). Even though they looked wide across the toe box, they were not any higher in this area so this put pressure in the top of my hammer toe causing a lot of pain in that foot. Had to return them. My coworker came in wearing a new pair of Sketchers D'Lites & that's when I realized I had always had excellent luck with those. I've worn them all day, the 1st day at home, no issues, just like before. So glad I remembered the D'Lites. They are lace ups but I cheat by pulling the laces out of the first holes, loosening the rest of the laces, then tie the loose ends just once. The sides and back of these are very stiff, which lets me slide my feet in without having to untie & retie laces each time. Lovely.

These are the 1st Skechers D'LItes I ever purchased, around 2023, and they are still my favorite. I have longer toes, and it is not easy to find shoes that fit for longer toes. According to popular fashion dictates, many shoes these days are now made shorter in the toes, after reading reviews, I am not the only one to notice. (I like Skechers sneakers but can't wear many styles b/c they run short in the toes. I tried these in a size 9 (I wear 8.5 to 9) first, and my toes ran into the ends. So I upped the fit to a 9 Wide even though I do not techincally have wide feet. The shoes fit length-wise perfectly with enough room in front of my toes, but just a smidge wide so I switched out the insert for a thicker cushioned insert and they worked fine, a littel wide but not too bad, extra room for thick socks. I have hiked miles in these, with breaks in not wearing them. They still look good today in 2026. I wanted to try the slip-ins version of these, and found the Skechers "Fan Girls" D'Lites style fit correctly, actually they are made just enough longer in the toes that I do not have to go for the wide fit, but they fit in the size 9. I had tried some of the other style of D'Lites slip-ins in a 9 Wide and 9-1/2 first, not knowing they are made longer, but when I tried the 9 Wide and 9-1/2, they were so much larger than the size 9 as to seem like men's shoes. I do not know why there is this sizing discrepancy in the slip-in's from 9 to 9 Wide and 9-1/2. That does not occur in these Skechers D'Lite's-play on shoes. I can wear the D'Lites-play on in the size 9 Wide and they fit fine with enough room for a cushy insole replacement (Amitataha memory foam insoles). With these insoles they fit like comfortable slippers. These are my old time favorites. I like the D'LIte style b/c they are kind of vintage looking with the suede and platform. I also prefer them as they aren't mesh.

I bought a pair of these in a store. The fit was great. The sole did not allow my foot to move around, thus providing stability. Overall comfortable, but I added quality inserts for better arch support. Black sole and upper made it a great shoe to mow and do other yard work without seeing grass or clay stains. They served me well. Eventually, I threw them out and ordered another, which I did via Amazon. The shoe appeared to be the same as the one I previously had - except - they felt too small. My toes touched the front of the shoe, and they felt tight at the widest part of my foot. I tried several times to make them work but to no avail. I ended up giving them to a friend with a smaller shoe size. Since I didn’t remember what size the previous pair were (8 or 9, B or Wide) but assumed it was my usual shoe size (8) and read on the product page that it fits true to size, I ordered an 8B. As an 8B, this shoe is NOT ’true to size.’ For this reason, I am giving it 4-★★★★s. This time I am going to order a 9W.

These are a great pair of shoes. I LOVE Sketchers. These shoes are comfortable and hug my feet. I don’t feel like my feet are smothered. The wide base around my heel aids in stability. I feel very secure on water and I don’t feel like I would slip easily. The memory foam inside is amazing! The next day when I put my shoes on again it’s just as comfortable as the day before. I’ve worn these shoes for over 15 yrs. There was a time when they made them without laces and it was a stretchy opening. I really wish they would bring that version back. I have always just tied the laces and slid my foot in and out daily and left the laces tied. They are not the new slip-ins, I’ve never had issues with these shoes after months of sliding my feet in and out daily. I did try the Slip-in version of the D’lites and I’m personally not a fan. These shoes are just PERFECT!! I love them and I know you will as well.

Has memory form in the shoe. Has shoe strings! Comes in wide for people with a wide foot. I dislocated my foot years ago and have issues with my foot. These do not hurt my feet. I even wear them to church with black or blue dress pants. This is the second pair I have bought like theses. I got a pair for everyday and a pair to wear with my dress pants to church. I can not stand to wear dress shoes after I dislocating my foot. These work!

UPDATED Review I still stick to the majority of my original review....I have added a star, changing it from 2 to 3. I am only doing this because after wearing the shoes for a few hours around the house, the tightness did loosen ever so slightly so they were no longer squeezing my foot from complete discomfort and/or to the complete point of numbness....but this was also without wearing socks and I was not walking in them. I was wearing them as I sat working. However, I still stick with saying this shoe does not compare to the size, fit, or comfort of the D'Lites Bright Sky Mule version of this shoe that was gloriously comfortable straight out of the box. --------------------------------------------- Original Review I have and love my Skechers D'Lites Mule wide-width shoes! I thought these would be the same fit and comfort, but they're not even close. I bought my mules in an 8.5 wide, which were comfortable straight out of the box. This shoe is not even close in its comfort. (and this is trying them on barefooted without socks) I don't feel any "memory foam" in these at all. They feel stiff and non-conforming to my foot. The 8.5 length of this shoe is roughly a 1/2" shorter when comparing the two shoes. And if these are "wide" width, I can't even imagine how bad a standard fit would squeeze my foot (I can tell after only having this shoe on for a few minutes, the tightness will cause my foot to go numb and this is without the addition of wearing socks which will make them ever tighter)

I buy these for my daughter. She stands all day at work and says they are supportive and comfortable. She also works in an area that she needs slip resistant shoes and these fit the bill! Size is running maybe 1/2 size small. I have bought them 3 times so I do recommend!

I was concerned that these would be too small but they fit perfectly and are super comfy! Survived a week long trip to Germany with lots of walking fresh out of the box!!

J'aime beaucoup ces baskets. Acheté à 30€ en taille 37, il est parfait ! Je voulais celui en blanc et noir (pas de mauvaise surprise parce que les commentaires avaient prévenu) mais finalement le noir est aussi très beau. La semelle est solide, anti décapante. Je les porte depuis quelques jours déja, et le confort n'a pas bougé. Je sais que ma mère par contre trouve qu'il ne tient pas assez la cheville. Pour moi aucun soucis, je n'ai pas de spécificité au niveau des pieds. Pour finir, moi qui a l'habitude de mettre des chaussures "respirantes", je trouve que ceux là tiennent un peu chaud, ce qui est parfait pour l'hiver finalement. Je n'ai pas testé le sport avec. Je ne sais pas si ce sont des Sketchers authentiques mais elles me satisfaient beaucoup !

Product is exactly what was described. Very comfortable and rugged shoe.
