I Prefer the Linen and Organic (Cotton) Versions
I really like cotton Japanese washcloths but I don't like the abrasive ones made out of nylon and other plastics. Unfortunately, the cotton ones are harder to find for some reason.I bought the 3-Pack so I could try out each of the versions: Silk, Organic (Cotton), and Linen. They are all well made out of a blend of natural and naturally-derived materials. The base material is polylactic acid fiber, a corn-based natural fiber. Each comes in nice Japanese packaging with a handy star-rating system denoting the softness of the material and how well it lathers with soap.Silk is the softest but lathers the least.Organic (Cotton) is in-between on softness and lathering.Linen is the least soft and lathers the most.Personally, I prefer Linen or Organic (Cotton). The Linen is not too abrasive (nothing like the abrasive nylon washcloths). Organic (Cotton) is closer to the Linen version than the Silk. Silk is the one version I wouldn't buy again. For me, Silk doesn't lather well enough and I prefer the less soft materials to better exfoliate. The reason I gave these products 4 stars instead of 5 is because, overall, I still prefer 100% cotton Japanese washcloths. Oftentimes, I like to exfoliate my skin with a washcloth without using soap. 100% cotton Japanese washcloths are great for this. These blended materials, however, tend to cling to the skin a little if you don't use soap.Overall, I recommend the Linen and Organic (Cotton) versions if you always use soap with them. If you like to sometimes wash without soap, you'll probably still want a 100% cotton Japanese washcloth as well.

Great for shower for anyone, like me, who has elbow pain.
Long enough so that I don't have to bend elbows to clean my back in the shower! The cotton and the silk ones are especially soft.

Amazing
These are exactly as described and awesome. I didn't want the typical nylon netting so I went looking for natural fibers, even the linen truly is softer than a nylon netting. I use it like a large wash cloth and just exfoliate with it. I just wring it out and hang it to dry and use a no rise soak to clean when needed.

Love it!
I bought the 3 pack and chose the silk towel for myself. My husband chose the linen one and used it in place of the nylon Salux bath towel he normally uses. He said he likes the linen towel because it is soft compared to the Salux but scrubs well.I was using an ordinary washcloth up until now and was having trouble cleaning my back well because my right shoulder has been acting up lately. The silk towel lathers up great and is soft but has enough friction to exfoliate without irritating my sensitive skin. The best part is I can scrub my back easily due to the long length of the towel. It's a keeper.
