Just What I Was Looking For!
I used to write my workouts down in a blank little notepad, but this journal is perfect! This makes it so much easier to track and plan my workouts! I can keep track of the amount of weight & reps I do, any cardio I do beforehand. I also love the box to track my heart rate & calories burned during my workout since I always use my Apple Watch! The quality is great, very durable and thick pages so my pen won’t bleed onto the next page! Would 100% recommend!

I was looking for a journal to document my strength training routines while still incorporating my running routine. This journal didn't quite do it for me. I really wanted something to outline or suggest strength training exercises that I could track, along with tracking my running mileage, with an area to document my feelings for that training day -- such as sleep hours, weather temps.,etc. This journal missed the mark for me.

Pages Upside Down
The book is perfectly fine to use still but all the pages are upside down besides the first one.
