Good price and don't expect results straight away it will take about a couple of weeks to get a good supply I bought it as my hair was falling due to having a major surgery and the shock of it made my hair fall out I spoke to the Dr about it she recommended that I should get a supplement to help it to stop shedding

I've only just got these so cannot give any opinions on whether they work or are value for money. What I can say is that they are reasonably priced compared to like products and that service was good they arrived well before expected date and all seems fine.

The instructions are so small, i had use my phones magnifying function to read them. There is no mention of how long it takes before the product takes effect. So not sure if its is good value for money. There is no taste

Biotin is also known as vitamin B7 and can stimulate keratin production. Deficiency of biotin can cause the hair to thin. These supplements are small and very easy to swallow and they have no aftertaste.It is vegan and gluten free which is also very important to me. It is recommended to take one capsule a day so this bottle will last around 4 months. At the current price of just under £10 I would say it is good value for money if it helps.
