I bought this device because being hard of hearing I cannot always hear cars moving up behind me. This is important when cycling in our narrow Devon lanes. Now I can see without bending my old stiff neck.

Just started cycling on the road this month. Used mirror for 10 journeys so far no issues.Don't like to turn around but do need to check rear for turns and tight sections slipping past parked vehicles.Tried a friends glove mirrors and found them awkward, this mirror was super simple to set up and is perfect length to run parallel to your handle bars. The neck is stiff so doesn't bounce on bumps but flexible enough to be bent to where you want / need it. The mirror itself can also be moved slightly / angled but secure enough it doesn't roll about.I saw a couple complaints about the quality of the mirror itself, mine is crystal clear. There is a plastic sheet / film that needs to be picked off before use. Can see car indicators from a distance as well as the cars behind those immediately behind you.Would recommend for safety on roads

Excellent mirror. I think that the person who criticized the quality of the mirror forgot to remove the protective film!

This was my third attempt to get something that does the job. Tried the mirror on the wrist item.....only worked if you put your arm up in the air in the fashion favoured by Germans up to 1945 (not a popular position these days), otherwise just got a mirror image of my winter sleeved jacket; then tried the mirror that screws into the end of your handlebars.....cut through the rubber only to find that it does not fit. No, this mirror on a stalk is the best option.

Scratched and low quality vision.I didn't notice when ordering that it wasn't a glass mirror.It's actually cheap plastic, which is in such a convex shape, that it's impossible to judge how far back vehicles are, because everything looks a long way away, even when it's right close up.And because the mirror arrived scratched all over, that adds to the blurredness of the image.-Which means if the vehicle behind is distant you can't see it, and if it's closer you need to turn round to verify if it's actually a threat.

The arm is long which is good because you can see the road past your own arm, however it is very unstable and wobbles around (the arm not the point of connection on the handlebar which is fine). This coupled with the convex shape of the mirror means the rear view is not good. I can see clearly if someone is VERY close. At any distance, this mirror makes everything TINY, so you get a very warped shakey view of what is behind you.I don't recommend it. I'll be shopping for an alternative.

Wobbles about and mirror makes things look further away. Bought to replace mine but have kept the old one. Very poor purchase. Am sure everybody would be dissappointed with this product

Arrived packaged well within 15 hours of ordering. I was rather disappointed to find only 1mirror in the box. The original advert clearly said 1pair of mirrors. I checked the advert and it did say 1 pair. I double checked the invoice and then went back to the advert but found that now there was a very distinctive green ball with a 1 inside it. I could no longer find the original advert. I certainly wouldn’t have spent £15:99 for 1 mirror. Almost all the mirrors advertised come in pairs. Not a happy bunny. K C Hawkins
