HydroFloss Oral Irrigator Bundled with Pocket Pal Jet Tips for 5-6 Mm Pockets or Better Prevention

We purchased this item as a replacement. The item took a while to be delivered and cost £172.30. When it was delivered we were not familiar with the plug as it had flat pins. We sought professional advice and we were told that this was not appropriate for the electrical current we use in the U.K. We returned the item to the States having to pay £29.20 postage. We are really disappointed with Amazon promoting an item which is not compatible with U.K. functions.. we are still awaiting our refund .

Hydro floss oral irrigator nothing like the one I bought 6 years ago. Not the same pressure, kept tripping eclectric power.. Returned and got money back, at no cost. Free return to USA.

Great product, recommended to me by my dentist. This combined with a good electric toothbrush really has helped my teeth!

The new jet tips give a smaller but stronger stream of water but more importantly it save water … so if you use many tanks of water each floss before you now may not even need to refill at all.When I say “for less” in the title I am referring to the price has not gone up for 10 years yet comes extra with a set of the new jet tips.I’ve tried two other models by another top brand and both failed electrically and the products just don’t compare in every ways.

I have purchased 3 of these over the years. Each breaks down after a year or 2. I keep purchasing this product because I haven't found an alternative that works as well. During the 1-year warranty period, I've had to return 2 of the 3 I've purchased. Here's my latest experience with customer service. I returned it because the nozzles would no longer stay on the wand when in use. Also, the on-off switch was hard to operate. You have to send it to Alabama at your own expense, so the customer service for this defective product is not free. I just got it back more than a month after they received it. They fixed the on-off switch. It's now much easier to operate. And the nozzle now stays on the wand when I use it, but I have to use a screwdriver to pry off the nozzle. If there was an alternative irrigator that worked as well, I would switch.

Only had it for a month but my dental hygienist recommended it and I agree, it's got a powerful stream of water and works well.
