Hella357209001 ValueFit 11" Design Series Light Bar (6 LED/Combo beam), Multi

I've had a variety of different cheap LEDs, and I know what I am looking for: quality enough construction, good output, good pattern, and good price. I've had these for a year or two and they haven't filled with water or fallen off. They are easily adjustable but they don't move by themselves (I used the included mounts but cut them down to size).The output is way better than the cheap Chines light bars. I ran them off an old power supply, and they appear to consume about 80%-90% of their stated power. Much better than cheaper bars that only consume 20%-50%. I am running Rigid Industries/Trucklight 5x7 headlights and the Hella 7" value fit LEDs. Those are both way brighter than stock halogen headlights and both compliment each other nicely, but the three light bars blows them away. Waaaay bright! Much brightness! Much work for the alternator!The pattern is ok. I wish the spot lights were more diffused (linear diffused would be best), but they were just what I expected (10° of way to bright in the middle). Combining three of these bars at different angles (≈10°) to spread the spot beam out is great! I get a lot of flood light and a nice wide spread (≈30°) of spot.The setup I made does not whistle... at all... even though I stuck them right in the middle of the wind stream. The other guy should figure out the source of the whistle and add some foam or glue or something. Also, I can confirm; these are pretty terrible at cutting carrots. Just makes a carrot mash... 2/10, recommend only for emergencies when carrot mash will help ;)

Bright White Light is exactly what i wanted and needed. These light provide all the lumens I need to see in any conditions on any road.Need Light ? buy these. Easy install. Reasonable price. Fast delivery. GOOD quality product.

I also have an issue with these lights. Great visibility, lights up the road really well. Unfortunately this light is horrible for cutting carrots. Have contacted hella for a solution but they keep laughing and hanging up.

Hella makes a quality product and these lights are quite effective and look terrific mounted on the front roll bar of our Defender D90.However, they whistle terribly (apparently not an uncommon problem with LED light bars and remedial products are sold on Amazon) which is why we rate them on two stars. We are struggling to find a fix, but so far have been unsuccessful. We have reached out to Hella and hopefully they will assist us in finding a solution. In the meantime, I suggest caution if you are interested in this product. RMR
