It was PERFECT!

This time I made sure to get an original Polaris brand. The cheap ones just never last. It still is a better price than a local one. I can tell this is made tough. Time will tell.

WORTH THE EXTRA $$$. Bought the cheaper, non OEM wall connector last Spring. It only lasted six months before the neck broke off at the hose attachment point. Previous original Polaris connector lasted over 15 years. I recommend to not buy the MAKHOON (made in China) version of this connector like I previously did.

Old fitting had become hard to twist in place and very hard to remove. Ordered this to replace it. It fits perfectly and was easy to replace on the leader hose. My only hesitation is the quality of the plastic. Fits well now but definitely seems to be made of cheaper, “chintzier” plastic than the original. Not sure it will last as long. We’ll see...

Next day delivery perfect… on a small “specialty” item like this. I try to support the local family own business in town, but it was late Saturday when this busted, and they’re closed on Sunday. ordered it on Amazon it was at the front door the next day. Great service at a great price from Amazon. On part like this for your pool, it’s worth spending the extra dollars and purchase an original Polaris part.

An entire replacement Polaris was purchased 11 years ago. This assembly was subsequently replaced when the pressure relief valve cap portion cracked. Checking the order just now I am rather unpleasantly surprised that it was only 3 years ago. Half way through last summer a high pitched whistle developed, and the spring is evidentially weakened as there is a little water leaking out of the cap (black lid) during all operation. Bottomline this valve had started weakening during just the second year after purchase. I of course do not have the original packaging for this product, but notice by the seller's wording of part description that it may be an aftermarket equivalent to the oem product. I am ordering just pressure relief valve this time, and making certain it is a certified Zodiac Polaris manufactured part.

C'est le produit original Zodiac pour le branchement sur la sortie du surcompresseur dans la piscine, bien vérifier la pression à la sortie avant de considérer mettre un réducteur de flux, à noter qu'il existe une pièce originale valant quelques euros permettant de retirer ce raccord du mur! Attention ce raccord ne contient pas la crépine, si vous ne pouvez pas la récupérer sur votre précédent raccord, pensez à acheter cette pièce aussi ! -1 étoile, à ce prix là, la crépine pourrait être fournie!
