These are great vanilla beans. I've ordered these several times and have yet to be disappointed. I use them in baking, pastries, and for making extract. The beans are always fresh, moist, and plump with seeds.

These are great looking and smelling vanilla beans. I’m making vanilla extract. These weighed in at 9 ounces on my kitchen scale. We also used them in our cold brew concentrate. Fast shipping as well.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It’s organic! I’ve been making my own vanilla extract for 5 years using these vanilla beans. It has taken my baking to a whole new level! That is if you let them cure for 12 months or more!
