My husband and I loved this backpack when it arrived. We decided to utilize it as a diaper bag, due to all the pockets! Comfy to wear and easy to organize everything.Downfall, the zipper broke after 1 month. Just fell off the track. And of course, it happened right after the return window closed! Idk if this is a common problem for others with the backpack, maybe just a quality issue for us. So, we have to look a little tacky until I can fix the zipper. Otherwise, I’d recommend this backpack for sure! (For many uses)

I use this bag for taking my pump, parts, and milk back and forth to work. The laptop part is originally why I bought it, but it has quickly become my daily bag! Plenty of storage! Also kept my milk cold all day with an ice pack.

I love this bag so much I bought another to replace my first breaking after only 2 months of using it. The weight of two ice bricks and the milk in the bottom was too much for the zipper and it broke. I couldn't get it to re thread so the bag would just hang open. This was the back section zipper where I would slide papers to grade in.

bought this as a gift for my daughter’s return to work, great bag multiple uses only issue is the cooler zipper broke after a few days. thankfully there was 2 zippers on the cooler part so you can still use it

I read the reviews after I purchased the bag and was disappointed the bag I received the zipper was broken. The replacement I received is great! No zipper issue. Perfect for pumping at work. Everything fits nicely in this bag. Overall happy with the purchase just hope they get the zipper issue resolved!

All I had in this backpack the last month was my pump and a pumping bra. The zipper on the front does not close at all. Not worth the purchase. It’s a nice idea, but the quality is not there.

I got my first bag had to send back cause it didn't have a zipper. They sent a second bag immediately the bottom compartment second zipper is broke but didn't feel like sending it back again . I just had my baby and was so excited to use this bag.

I loved this backpack bc it easily fit my Spectra2 pump and all other pump accessories to take to work. Unfortunately, the main zipper broke where my pump is stored only after 2 uses. It no longer closes. I purchased this back in July with the anticipation of going back to work in late August/easily September and am disappointed with the quality of the product. If I could, I would definitely return it, but my return window has passed. Going back to work is stressful enough and having to buy a whole new back within days of returning is not okay.
