Smells nice & amazing product
I was never taught by my mother how to take care of my hair because I have a narcissistic mother and she also didn’t teach me other things about being a girl and I had to figure it out myself. At 31 I am still figuring out what works for me and what doesn’t. I have always used products that were not good for my hair or skin and with the other shampoo I was using it was making ky hair fall out and I found out they were putting ingredients no the shampoo/conditioner that they hid in the shampoo under other names for formaldehyde and I figured that’s why I was loosing so much hair, I went on a search for sulfate free & vegan shampoo & conditioner because I am also plant based in my everyday life. I shop at Kroger and this is where I first found your product, read the ingredients and decided to give it a try, after the second wash my hair was looking so much healthier. I found it cheaper here on Amazon and I will be a customer for life.

Smashed and hard as rocks.
The tin was smashed so bad I had to use a wrench to open it. Once openthe product had hardened to rock! I wish there was a way to contact them thru Amazon and send a picture. Normally, I LOVE all their products! The photos will not load here I have no idea why it doesn’t work!!!

Shipping issues. Not product issues
I love the scent and the product...but I got it with the shampoo opened inside the box and almost all of it was spilled. But Amazon is awesome and they are sending a replacement item. Just can't use it till it gets here which is not awesome but at least they are fixing the issue. Thanks Amazon!!! Yall rock

What's up
Was the formula changed or what. I've been using this product for over a year and this last shipment, something isn't right. My head itches like crazy and I just figured out it was the shampoo.

Great (unless you find out you're allergic)
Smells amazing, leaves hair feeling amazing....but I found out the hard way that I'm allergic to some of the ingredients. Hair was washing out in clumps and body wash was burning my skin. I'm not taking a gamble on the lotion so I can't say whether it was helpful. As long as you don't have garbage genetics like me it actually is a wonderful product.
