It's not metal .... the entire thing is plastic but it looks great on my post and I really liked that I could change the color of the light ... bright white or warm glow!I'd definitely order again!Oh! Put one light on the mailbox post and one on a fence post. Like the choice of either the white light or the soft light. I prefer the white light which is very bright.

These look great on our new deck! They are fairly bright and you switch between a brighter white and a softer white depending on your preference. They have several options in which to mount also. They include adapters to fit a wide variety of post sizes. Rechargeable battery is replaceable.

The lights came quickly and were packaged well. I had them installed in 15 min. So easy and they look great. My only problem is I have 5 post and they only come in packages of 4 but not to worry my girlfriend liked mine so much she wanted some so I ordered 2 sets of 4 because she needs 7 and that leaves 1 extra for me. All is Wright with the world.

I love theses, they were easy to install & added such elegance & beauty to my fence. I only got two sets of four would definitely get some more in near future

Installed these on my deck posts and every 3rd fence post across the front and side of the house. Provides great accent lighting. Used the same lights for 3" deck posts using shim caps and 5" fence posts. Looks great!

Great solar lights and easy to install! We had one box that did not have the 5x5 vinyl adapter and they quickly got the right piece sent out! Great customer service and great lights!

I loved the look of this product etc when I put it on my post but immediately I noticed the color difference between my 4 x 4 post and the solar light color. This solar light is a brighter white then my deck rails and posts. Otherwise I would have kept it.

They give off a lot of light and in the spring/summer stay on all night to morning. Give a really nice glow to the back yard. You can choose bright white (blue light) or warm white (more yellow light). I chose the warm white and it looks really nice. They are even lighting up in the winter even tho there is snow on the charging pads, just not staying on through the night. But, still happy with the purchase and definitely recommend!

Though advertised as a "fit" for 4x4-inch wooden posts, it is not. Without the 5 inch or 6 inch adapter, the "default" mount contains an underside that isn't flat and doesn't sit flush with the wood. Instead, it is wobbly. Even if it did, there is still a sizable gap where the mount meets the wood. Though the product is well-built and of great quality, it is not at all a good purchase for the 4x4-inch wood post.

We bought 4 of these lamps. As stated they are glass and very elegant looking. Easy to assemble. We had an issue with one of them not charging. We contacted directly to the seller and they were awesome. They refunded for 2 lamps and we re-ordered the replacements. They were quick to respond and solve the issues.I would definitely recommend these lamps and dealing with this seller.

Cheaply made. Not adequate for 6x6 posts. They are too small. Yes they come with a 6x6 post base...but they shouldn't. Maximum post size for esthetics would be 4x4 and that pushing it. The LED light is just that. A tiny little light that looks like a speck at night. My picture makes them look full of light. But in the dark it's just a yiny little spot of light that gives no visual aid in the driveway.
