Well designed, easy to setup and use

This band has a strong pull and provides a good stretch. It comes with a very useful nylon attachment that you can slip between a door and the frame and the metal ball inside will serve as an anchor point when the door is closed which is great, but wish there was a way to maintain it when the door opens. I will probably get another band , but will select one with even more tension. One improvement I would suggest to Reehut is to somehow distribute the force the band applies to the soles of my feet when I use it to stretch on the floor. The only way around that pain is to wear sneakers while using the band. It would be great to be able to adjust the length so that you can have more types of exercise, but the length is set at 48 inches.

This is just like the physical therapist uses. You can help yourself without leaving your home. Good product

So simple to use

I use these bands only when I travel so they have not been used regularly. Needless to say I was disappointed when the bands broke. The white pin inside the silicone that holds the handle onto the band came out. I tried putting back but had no luck.

I bought this for myself as my old one was getting frail and is beginning to have cracks.This one is smooth, elastic and strong, just what I needed. Easy for travelling with it too.No complaints on this. I would surely recommend this.The only thing I realized after looking at my amazon history of what I purchased, I realize I did not get the pouch that is depicted in the photos. However, I don't mind that as I don't travel with this. I still would leave the 5 star rating.

I used it regularly to exercise indoors, and it was very helpful. However, it broke after a little over three years of use.

I've begun using resistance bands at the gym and figured I should have a set at home too. I was excited to get these and then found they are way too short for doing any of the above head arm presses or any exercise that requires a big move. They are so short that I can barely do a standard curl (and I'm not a weakling standing 6' and can bench press 220 10 times). I haven't really figured out what exercises I can do with these at this length. Most of the youtube videos I've seen show bands that can be used for long stretched out exercices. I guess I should have measured the bands at my gym and made sure my home use ones were at least the same length in relaxed form. I'd estimate the Amazon bands are 3 feet shorter than the purple ones I use at my gym, I unfortunately bought the purple, red and black bands. The black and red seem to stretch a lot more (less resistance) than the purple but are the same short length in relaxed form. I use only purple at the gym and wish these new units had the same length as those in the gym. Needless to say I haven't used these Amazon bands once at home as I'm not sure what exercises can be done with these short bands (I'm still looking)

Like having the door connector and bag for storage. General exercise usage.

Worked great

The resistance was what I was wanting. I haven’t used it a whole bunch yet but I’m hoping it holds up.

These are good quality and like that I can hook them to a door if I want to. They even come with a handy storage bag.

Working well so far.
