Not true idf issue
It's not a badly built bag, BUT, the waist belt falls off and the shoulder straps come undone. Packed full you notice it was made for no one taller then 5'2 the waist belt sits on your ribs and the pack hangs awful funny on your back. The internal frame bars do nothing. The top of the pack hangs off a foot n a half away from your head n throws your balance way off. I'm still playing with the straps to try to improve the fit but it's not likely to help. No instructions of any kind included. Better off buying a Alice pack for the money.
