JETech Screen Protector for iPad 2 3 4 (Oldest Models), Tempered Glass Film, 1-Pack

Worked perfectly on my oldest iPad and into the case protector I ordered on Amazon!

Durability of this screen protector is... fine I've not dropped it yet so I don't know how it will hold up until I do. The installation if done correct, which is pretty easy but requires patience results in a perfect look with no bubbles underneath the protector. The Protector is made of what seems to be pretty basic materials as I have scratched it a little on the edges already even with a protective case for the smart-case features of my 2nd generation ipad. The protector sticks to the original screen exceptionally well but csn be removed with a little patience, or a finger nail if one is so daring. This product provides no glare reduction but feels very smooth for gaming on an iPad.

I've always put screen protectors on my phones and tablets to keep the "glass" clean and scratch free (yes, they do scratch and fade...). I keep these a LONG time and I like to keep them as near to new as possible. When I upgraded to an iPhone 6S, I got the JETech glass screen protector. It was very easy to put on AS LONG AS YOU ARE VERY CAREFUL TO ENSURE THAT NO DUST PARTICLE IS ON THE SCREEN BEFORE "LAYING" THE GLASS ON!!! JETech provides a little sticky paper that I highly recommend using to do this. It really gets the most minute dust (which you WILL see if you don't remove it).As many have pointed out, lay out a clean area with space to work, make sure your hands are grease and dirt free. Lining up the screen is the hard part (for me) and once that backing sheet is off you have to be careful how you handle the screen so that IT doesn't get dust on the sticky side before applying. The next hardest part is getting the "bubbles" out - applying pressure with a microfiber small towel and "pushing" them to the sides works, but takes a little effort.That being said, once these are on the tablet/phone, they look fantastic! MUCH better than the screen protectors I have used in the past.My iPad was 4 years old and removing the old plastic screen protector was very easy: it just peeled right off. The screen display itself was still in good shape and to my surprise wasn't sticky.I have not noticed any degradation of sensitivity using the touch screen.I highly recommend these new generation "glass" protectors.
