StrongTek Yoga Foam Wedge Blocks Pair Soft Wrist Foot Support Riser Black

I used these to prop up a fan I know not the common use but worked well they seem well made

Great thanks -really help at the gym with correct squat position 🙂

Does the job for me

Good value

Ok size but a little too lightweight and move around on wooden floor . Cheap but for a reason .

Just what I'm looking for, going to use them as feet rests when I'm sat at my desk so I can have them where my feet are actually positioned. Good stuff

The StrongTek foam wedge blocks are very firm with just the right amount of 'squish' to take the edge off and provide comfort. They come in a bag for easy transport or storage. I also like the variety of uses, i.e. hands/knees, which saves having to buy multiple items for different body needs. This is a great product, especially for the price.

Was perfect for exercices i needed to do in my knees. Sturby and good quality

Good size and angle but the foam is quite soft. I'm 160 lbs and my feet or heels sink in too much on some exercises.

I really like these, but maybe not as durable as I'd like. Perhaps I won't need them by the time they totally break apart.

These are perfect for what I needed them for.
