I milk out three dairy goats twice a day and this is an amazing little bucket to Cary my liquid gold (or white) back to the house with no spills as the lid fits nice and snug

It's a stainless steel pail that holds 5qts. We use it for milking our cow. It holds the milk...and it has a lid so the milk doesn't fall out...and it has a handle so you can carry the milk....and it cleans up quick and stainless because it's stainless steel. Great purchase! I'd buy one again if I had more than one cow...but I don't. This one is so sturdy it will last longer than the cow. Sorry I mentioned that, now you're depressed and probably don't feel like shopping anymore. Add it to your cart and when you feel better about the circle of life, then you can buy it...and name your bucket Belle in loving memory of my cow, who's not dead yet and has maybe a decade more to go so, yeah, this pail will very likely last that long....gosh, I hope I do.

My family gave me a Jersey cow for Mother’s Day! I love this milk can. I have been using it daily for more than three months. Being seamless, it is easy to clean. It fits into the refrigerator with ease. My one cow produces five to eight quarts per milking. So sometimes it doesn’t all fit in the can. Thankfully, the pigs love getting the extra.If I could get one that is the same height, but would hold a little more volume, it would be even better. An eight quart milk can that was the same height would hold all of the milk from one milking and still fit in the bottom of my refrigerator.Update: I liked the first one so well I bought another. This one is not at all like the first one. Very poor quality stainless steel. The finish is pitted, rough, and the welds are very sharp. The lid has a curled edge, unlike the first one I bought which was flat. The curl prevents the lid from ever being completely sanitized. You can never get in there to scrub out any milk residue. This is very dangerous for milk storage. The pitted surface is also a bacteria trap. This second can is being sent back. Not sure if I should try to buy another and hope I get one like the first one or not.
