CASA FIRELLI Italian Hot Sauce, Red, 5 Fl Oz

I am always on the lookout for a hot sauce that is perfect... For me... I understand that everyone's tastes differ, but to me, a hot sauce that does puts taste over heat is preferred. For years, my go-to sauce was D.L. Jardine's Texas Champagne. But It is no longer available. I was crushed. The store-bought Louisiana Hot Sauce just didn't have the depth of flavor.. Then, in a restaurant at the LA Airport, I stopped in and noticed a fancy bottle of Firelli on the table. I had to give it a try, and when I did, I was elated! The Calabrian heat being offset by balsamic sweetness and the earthiness coming from the porcini mushrooms give Firelli a one of a kind experience. I haven't tried them yet, but the Hot version and Truffle version are also available and give me something to look forward to. I use this sauce on anything Italian (Spaghetti, Pizza, Lasagna, etc) or on any food that could benefit from a little heat and lot of richness. You can't go wrong with this stuff.

Kinda hot but not very. Very good taste.

This is the absolute best hot sauce for any kind of Italian food. Pizza, marinara, Italian subs, anything with tomatoes. My only complaint is that there is no larger bottle.

I can’t find this anywhere! I love the flavor. The best.

I bought this expecting a hot sauce and found more of a flavor enhancer. This sauce makes any Italian dish taste great with a little heat just like you would expect from adding red pepper flakes. Difference is this sauce to me is sweet and hot but yet compliments Italian food all day. I finished the first bottle in less than a month which is crazy considering I have over 15 hot sauces in my fridge but this is my go to. I just ordered a two pack as this stuff is great.

This hot sauce initially interested me because I wasn’t used to seeing Italian hot sauce and it really impressed me because it had a very unique flavor that was different from the hot sauces that I was used to using. It has a smokier flavor, compared to a more vinegar based hot sauce and went very well on pizza and on scrambled eggs. Great value for the money.

This is a really nice, mild hot sauce. A little touch of sweetness and just a hint of heat. I don't taste the Calabrian chili that I am so used to when I use them for cooking. It is masked by the other flavors added.. I was expecting just a little more heat based on that experience. I might just make my own from the Calabrian chilies I can access locally. Us Italians aren't known for a lot of heat lol. It was nice to try though.

We use this sauce on so many things that are roasted. Nearly everything that comes out of the air fryer gets Firelli's. It is mildly spicy. It is warm, not hot. The flavor is perfect with Italian and Mediterranean dishes. It has really saved some otherwise mediocre dishes that we cooked. It's become harder to find in my local markets. Thank goodness for Amazon!

Molho delicioso. Tem uma ardência suave.

Genau was ich gesucht habe! Die Soße ist nicht zu scharf und durch den fruchtigen Geschmack ein perfekter Gegenspieler zu Pizza. Fans von extrem scharfen Soßen werden hier nicht glücklich, die Soße könnte auch so im Restaurant auf dem Tisch stehen ist also eher für die breite Masse. Was natürlich kein Nachteil nur als Anmerkung für die Scoville Fans :)

It’s a great mix of not to much heat and lots of flavor. It’s our new go to hot sauce.

タバスコの代わりになるかと思いきや、タコス系の辛い味なので苦手でした。 メキシカンな匂い。 体臭のようです。 主人はこれ系の味が好きですが、パスタにかけて食べたあとお腹を下しました。 なかなか強烈な成分です。
