Horrible experience with this seller. Seller is rude, angry and has rubbish customer service. I got a zip that did work properly. I asked to return. Seller was angry that it was my fault for receiving a faulty item that keeps jamming. I make bags and I test each zip to make sure their won't be any issues with the bags I make. Of course the arrogant seller was trying to lecture me about zips. Perhaps he doesn't understand what I do with zips, my work involves using zips. Instead of the seller trying to deal with the issue, he became rude and even phone me on my mobile to issue threats. This avoid buying from this seller because he will sell you rubbish, and then threaten to send his solicitor and police after you. He rings you on a private number at night to issue threats. Avoid this seller like a plague!
