I've been wanting to do this for a while now. I made the purchase of the spike kit. Comes with an allen screwdriver, an allen bit for a drill, adhesive, a marker and 20 spikes. I went to the Nike outlet to purchase a pair of Jordan sneakers. Looking for a flatter bottom shoe. Found a pair, $79.99. Even more discount at checkout. $55. Spikes and shoes - $90 The install literally took 15-20 minutes tops. First, figure out your spike pattern. I'm always looking for a spike closer to the tip of my toe on the sole. Getting harder to find nowadays. My shoes had little dots on the sole, so I used them for my marks. Put the bit in my drill. Put a spike on the bit and put some adhesive on the threads prior to drilling. It has the screwdriver, but the bit in a drill is the way to go. I've played on round on the new shoes and was very happy with the performance. I will buy another set of spikes and up the purchase price on my next set of shoes.

Every set of golf shoes I ever had gave me hot spots. Using this set, I converted a pair of retired running shoes (Asics) into golf shoes and they are fantastic! Walking 18 is no longer painful, and what a cost efficient way to use worn tennis/running shoes. And they grip well - no slipping with a full swing. I have golfed a full season on them and they still have enough wear for a the full season ahead. Easy to install. Totally worth it!

Easy to install, you just need to take your time with it. I used the drill bit it came with and plenty of shoe goo. Played two rounds with no issues. Both my friend and I noticed that you can somewhat “feel” the spikes and it makes them slightly uncomfortable after awhile of wearing but I will be adding an extra insole into the shoes to help this as I love them otherwise. I will say this, after looking at some of the photo reviews, you guys need to stop turning lame old crusty shoes into golf shoes. Have a little style out there on the course.

I've used on multiple shoes... be sure not to use drill. Install by hand so you can feel when the cleat gets tight. The drill will only wear out the rubber on your shoe and make the cleats loose.

Idk if it was the shoe I was using but they fall out way to easy. Lost like 3 with in like 2 uses. They were good quality and did the job. I never felt them while wearing. but yea if they fall out and you will start to feel something weird while walking.

I have a pair of really comfortable cleatless golf shoes however, they lost traction. I ordered the Golfkicks kit to try and am very happy. I was worried that the spikes might make the walking shoes uncomfortable…that didn’t happen. Really good traction and look pretty good. I will do it again this summer on my white shoes. If you’re thinking about trying this kit I would recommend it.

These spikes are awesome. So far I've made two pairs with golf kicks, and I am very much impressed with them. They hold up quite nicely when walking on paved roads, although I wouldn't recommend doing that too much. Just make sure you have enough cushion in between your feet and the screws. If it is too thin, you will feel the screws jabbing into your feet and you'll hate your new golf shoes. Vans, chucks, and other shoes with similar styles are going to be a no-go for these. I use Nike basketball shoes primarily, for the rubber soles as well as the large amount of cushion. They also look the most wild on the golf course. Take your time with installation, and enjoy!

These are awesome. Figured this would be just another gimmick or one-hit-wonder but pleasantly surprised. Bought in the winter and put them in in May and went golfing yesterday and wow they are amazing. Great foot stability and performance. Easy to install but use a drill and adapter to put them in. Now you can wear shoes you like to golf and have the performance of real golf shoes. Will definitely be ordering another kit. Bravo Golf Kicks finally something that actually works as advertised !!
