So far I've filled two of these tanks and installed them in my Canon TR8620 Multi-function printer. The printer recognized them as new/full tanks and the ink status report seems to be working.I haven't printed enough to need to reset and refill them, so I can't comment on that yet, but I'll update my review when I do.A few recommendations: wear nitrile/rubber gloves, be careful not to squeeze the sides of a full tank when you remove the orange "cradle" part. I suggest holding the tanks by the ends. And you should leave the vent plugs in until you get the tanks installed in the printer.You can also see my positive review of Aomya inks.

It has been 2 months since I put the refillable ink cartridges, and there is no leak so far. They are a little pricey for empty plastic bottles with chip.

I wish I had fully examined these when I first got them instead of just opening the box and closing it. There is no way to get a refund since I ordered these in March and just now needing to actually use them in November. If they had not been used it would be fine and a 5 star review but I have an edible image printer so these are of zero use to me.

These worked great the first time. I accidentally bought two sets, and it was a good thing because after the first use they have all stopped registering as replaced upon refilling. I used the second set, and they did the same. Not a money saver if you have to keep buying them. Well, I guess it is still cheaper than prefilled but it would be great if they got a few more uses out of them.

I have been using refillables for years. Just switched to a Canon after my Brother printer quit and the new Brothers have a ridiculous ink system. These filled and installed well. I did fill them ahead of time to let the ink soak into the sponge. Basically when I got the 'ink running out' notice is when I filled it and just let the cartridge sit until I needed it. They clicked right in and printer accepted it without issue. UPDATE: After 2 refills the system recognized they were not genuine and asked if i wanted to turn off the ink volume monitoring. After confirming, it accepted the refill and kept going. NOTES: Make sure you save the orange trays they come on. It makes refilling a lot easier. make sure one is connected before pulling the plug to refill or all the ink pours out the bottom, and replace the plug before you remove the orange tray.

My Canon can be a little bit finicky about which printer cartridges it will accept when you're buying the off-brand ink. These work and thankfully I can save a lot of money just refilling them myself. I'm tempted to order another set so I can try it out with different types of inks and get crafty, If you have the same printer as me, I think you won't be disappointed.
