Connected this to the outside tap in front garden, have one hose for the front and one for the back, no switching hoses or reeling out and in again, leave both connected and just turn off the one you’re not using. Strong sturdy brass fittings, easy to assemble and connect. Ideal

I prefer brass to plastic, plastic will burst in cold conditions, compared to brass which will last a lot longer. Covered the threads & ball cocks in silicon grease. LHS valve was leaking & saw it was turning slightly more than the 90 degrees point, Not a problem. Nice, I have a short hose & a longer hose so both are now working with no leaks.For the price cannot complain, some plastic connections are more costly & leak.

Had a few of these adapters in the past, but plastic. After the winter they seem to go brittle, don’t think this one will have any problems. Easy to connect and all my other fittings fit with no issues and no leaks, happy days.

It is a little hard to turn the hosepipe on/off switch on both sides.

Did good job last year and was safely stored over the winter but this morning when reattaching I find that the top and bottom where the screw top fits to the hose outlet has separated and water gushes everywhere.It would seem that the moulding around the metal at the point where it is attached to water supply has come away.

Seemed good to start with although the levers are quite stiff to turn. Put it on the outside tap, all good through last year. Not moved it from the tap at all, just left there and then covered during winter with rags, although it's not exactly been cold this year in Hertfordshire.Tried to use it again just after 12 months after purchase and it's spewing water out of the connector to the tap. The metal bit inside the plastic screw cap has failed and severed itself. Always assume the plastic bits will be the first to go, but in this case it's the metal which is far too thin, but really, after 12 months and never having unscrewed it, the metal bit fails? NOT impressed.

We have a communal garden tap in our building and there was often tension with different people wanting to attach their hoses at the same time. All the plastic ones we've had have just split after a year or two or a harsh frost. Peace has now been restored as we can now have 2 people on together! Nice and sturdy, no plastic, no splitting. Nice firm locking connection. Recommended.

O exterior é de latão, mas as válvulas são feitas de ferro. Em 8 meses, elas enferrujaram completamente e agora não podem ser desligadas.
