Not long enough and it comes in three pieces. Not sure how durable it’ll be. The price isn’t too bad though and if you’re not moving a lot of weight it’s gonna be fine

The first lat bar that was delivered was missed the middle connection piece, screws, and carabiner. The replacement bar arrived with all parts, but the screws would not tighten when trying to assemble. The holes either were too big or did not have the threads to screw into. Don't waste your time or money on this product.
