It is made of pvc, so you won’t be able to use the tub to help yourself up, but it works very well. If you are planning on putting it in the shower, make sure you don’t cover the drain with the tub, as it will make a seal. If you do cover it, I found a toothbrush (or similar) works to move the water from the drainage hole to the shower drain. Good luck! It works as it should. The little pillow that comes with it super nice, too!

Ordered this product March 29 received it May 4, the return day was May 10 instructions to assembly were in Chinese/Japanese. Could not locate any help on the internet, video on Amazon was of no help no customer service contact info. Finally got someone to put it together. Too late to return this piece of trash. Pieces did not fit together well, rim of tub has tiny plastic snaps that are very small that snap over the thin plastic frame and connectors NOT PVC. Because the frame pieces do not fit together, the rim does not a have smooth fit. Haven't tried to use this yet, I have to wait until someone is in the house with me. The tub is so un-sturdy, I won't dare be alone to use it.

i got it,,with no instructions,,how to put it together,,,Amazon,,use to be convenient because if you did not like the product you could send it back,,well,,with this item,,i went to the post office and the clerck told me it would be 90 dollars to send it back,,so the price of the bathtub is almost the same,,not worth it,,to return it,,i will have to unload the instructions,,to see if can put it together,,,

We purchased a tiny home a couple years ago and it only has a walk in tub. We missed being able to soak in a hot tub with oils and fragrances. My husband missed a hot bath the most as he loves to read whike soaking his aches and pains away.I purchased this for him for fathers day. The entire family purchased things to go with it for him such as a new shower head with a hose and sprayer for him to fill it up with. It gets a lot of use and it folds flat to fit under the bed.It drains easily and has a semi soft cushion built in. You cant go wrong with this tub.

It was manufactured better would be a good product and great idea but mine came torn at the top corner edge and when we added water to it seem to get worse I feel like it’s due to the poor quality of the fabric instructions came in Chinese was a little bit complicated to put together but after I looked at the picture several times we figured it out Like I said if the quality was better would be a great Product.
