This tape is awesome for lifting and crossfit movements. It stays put and tears easily. Definitely holds up to a tough workout.

This has definitely helped me use hook grip more comfortably. Which has helped me hold onto the bar and get longer sets. I will always train with this if I can.

This tape is great. It gives me a little more stiffness and protection on my thumb joint during Jiu Jitsu. I put it on 5 mins before class and no issues with it coming off regardless of how much I sweat or how hard I roll with my opponent.

As far as lifting tape goes, this is the best I’ve used. I was pleasantly surprised with how flexible/comfortable the tape is. It has definitely done a good job of protecting my hands. The only knock I have on it is in high volume weightlifting workouts, it doesn’t hold on my thumbs as well, but I can’t really say I’ve ever used anything that stay in place. I recommend purchasing this tape

This is my first time buying lifting tape and it works as it should and is easy to tear. I dont have anything to compare to, but I am happy. Also, you won't find much else for the price. I also have knee sleeves from this same company and they are also nice.

Love this athletic tape as it is easy to use and sticky enough to stick to itself and your skin. Not scary sticky like some I've used in the past and this leaves no residue behind. I like to wrap my thumbs when lifting weights and it does the job. I would not recommend using as hand grips, for me it doesn't stay put as my hands get sweaty.

Better sticking and holding tape than two others I have used. Also easy to find the end on the next use, which also is not the case with some others.
