Fantastic! Absolutely works. Fit (on a woman with a good size chest) was brilliant. Didn’t chaff. Took a while to build up got the full weight but absolutely fantastic that you can add and remove weights. Start with this vest because buying one that allows you to build weight will always be a great idea! I can absolutely see how much easier it is to run without it so it’s is def making me fitter. I wish there was a little more shoulder padding but the Velcro hold is fantastic. I’d buy this again and again - esp if I could add more weight

The RUNmax Adjustable Weighted Vest is fantastic quality and has really taken my workouts to the next level. I ordered the 12 lb vest without shoulder pads. 8 total weights included & I walked the first time with 4 weights total. 2 in the front & 2 in the back. I like the vest & the flexibility to add & remove weights as needed. I completed my first "rucking" walk this AM. It definitely does ramp up the walk itself. I could feel my heart rate beating faster than usual earlier on into the walk. Now once I completed my walk, I have noticed that neck& back area are aching. That I do NOT like. Granted I do occasionally have intermittent back aches but my back wasn't aching prior to the walk (would the shoulder pads help with that possibly?). On my secondary walk, I'll know if it's the weighted vest itself or not. I'm excited to see if this will help further along my fitness journey & weight loss efforts. Overall, pleased with purchase thus far. Vest it built well & reminds me of the bulletproof vests cops wear. 4 stars only due to post rucking pain.

I've never used a rucking vest before. This couldn't have been easier. Comfortable. Easy to take the weights out, not that I have. I judge those on the nap I take after the activity 😆 Let me tell you, I take a much longer nap after a 10-mile bike ride with a rucking vest on than a 30-mile without.. Well made and fits me. 6’3 225 and I got the 20lb vest. I look like a police officer when wearing it but it doesn’t get in your way. Definitely you feel it when going on walks and not much pressure on my spine. Quality product.

Great weighted vest!! It fits well and feels super secure. It’s easy to remove or replace the weights - they are each 2.5 pounds and there’s 4 in front and back. The vest just straps around your waist with easy velcro. It also has a little water bottle holder and a place to clip on a carabiner.

Really happy with this vest. Fits comfortably and is great for pull-ups and rucking. Highly recommend.

I recommend this weighted vest. It is excellent for the price. I wish it had a pocket for my phone.

This thing feels pretty tough, at least I don't feel like its going to fall apart fast or during use, I use it on my treadmill cause of the issue I explain later in. The treadmill works well for me as when I am done I fold up the track and hang the vest over. One of the only 4 starts I gave was because after about 30 minutes I seem to start to feel shoulder pain. I suppose if you use some extra padding it might help but the shoulder straps are quit wide, at least enough to rub on your neck so having that happen soon enough I don't use it outside where I would have to wear it for the duration since I would not want to carry it back home. Anyways, other than that this is a good buy and I am more than happy with it.

I haven't used it for running, but for walking and standing it seems perfectly comfortable. The adjustability is a nice feature, but I haven't really used it much. The quality seems decent as well, so I'm satisfied with the purchase.
