Okay for stage use better buy a back up
I bought two for stage use just to be sure I had a back up on ready to go and was happy I did as the first one started to break down after a few uses. It's basically a slap bracelet design that coils up in your mouth giving the illusion that you are swallowing it.

It’s very thin and a little wobbly but on stage it looked completely believable. The crowd went nuts! ❤️Update: I ordered a second one and it was defective. It never unrolled the way it was supposed to. Completely useless.
