Meal replacement

Delicious, high protein, high fiber , low carbs. Not too sweet , just right. Nice velvety smooth texture , but have some water ready , or you might look like a dog eating peanut butter.

I realized that the bars were in bad condition. They were old and some packages had small rips. I know these bars from Germany where they sell fresh ones maybe because there is higher turn-over. The quality of the bars sold in the US was not satisfactory considering the price.

As a snack this is pretty tasty. Because of high protein and fiber it probably is fairly healthy as snacks go. I'm sure raw fruit or vegetables are better for you but let's face it ; if we wanted those we wouldn't be looking at this.In the end though it is a candy bar. Healthier than most ? Probably. But still a candy bar. And I just don't see where ANY candy bar is worth over 3 dollars a bar.
