Są przeciwnicy tego rodzaju ostrzałek - niby niszczą noże z czasem. Kluczowe z jakim czasem - za parę lat można kupić nowy nóż. Ja ostrzę nawet moje noże WUSTHOF - one są bardzo twarde i nawet za 10 lat będzie można ich używać. Odpowiedz kiedy dowiadujesz się że potrzebujesz naostrzyć nóż - jak go potrzebujesz użyć !!! I w 2-3 sekundy masz ostry ! A nie ostrzenie osełkami 10 minut...

Any Sharp ostrzałka do noży
Ostrzałka wygląda na solidną , jednak po trzech ostrzeniach noży wg wzoru uszczerbieniu uległ jeden z węglików ( to słabej jakości węglik , albio nie węglik ). Trwałość wiec jest na kiepskim poziomie i sprzedawca powinien go wymienić ( ale nie mam opakowania ) i co teraz ???
