The media could not be loaded.  We ordered this for our pup, Sadie. She loved watching the water bubble and the gentle sound from the fountain was soothing.I like how clean and neat everything is. The bowls don't slide around on the mat and everything stays clean and contained. I also like that 2 extra water filters were included. It was easy to assemble and took no time at all to set up. My dog eats a little more than the food bowl would hold so I refill food bowl when she finishes.

I rinsed the filter before assembling it and it still made the water smell and taste like chlorine. I finally gave up and removed it, washed it all and put it back together. Now the water is fine and my pets will drink it. It's super quiet which is great too.

The media could not be loaded.  I love that this is big enough for my dog that is not picky about water at all, and my cats also love using it (THANK GOD IN HEAVEN)! I was so tired of my cats drinking toilet water, dripping faucet water, tipping over cups with water in them and ruining my new floors to drink water. I’m sure they are still going to be jerks because they are cats (and I love them) but now at least they are getting enough liquid refreshment that is not pee pee water.

We have three cats. Not one of them will go near this thing. It’s too small for one, a very narrow “moat” for a cat to get its face into, then they’re afraid of getting splashed by the water coming out of the top. They hate the thing, and so do we. Three days we tried, and we’ve had to go back to a water dish so our cats didn’t have to go to the vet for saline IV’s.

This is amazing, my dog and cat love this. It was worth every penny. Easy to clean, easy to put together. This is a lot of fun! If your cat loves getting in the sink, this is worth buying! It is so much easier than having to have your little fur baby up playing on your counters! I was very impressed with the quality. It is made so it does not slide all around on the floor as well. Very well designed. I promise you will not be unsatisfied with this purchase!

My pets love this water fountain. Both my dog and cats use this. It was super easy to assemble and it is incredibly quiet. Not a sound. I like that it has a filter to keep the water clean and fresh for my pets. I would buy this again.

This is a must have item if you want to keep your pet’s water fresh and clean. The water fountain and food bowl are made of a lightweight stainless steel making it easy to keep clean. Our puppy loves the fountain which causes her to drink more water and stay well hydrated. She does like to “play” in the water because of the bubbles but the mat that it sits on keeps all the “splashes” contained and not on the floor. The food bowl is placed at a perfect distance from the water fountain and my pup has yet to tip it over or remove it from the mat insert. Also, the mat has a “lip” on the edge to ensure that water or food does not escape on to the floor. This is a perfect “all in one” item for your pet.

I bought this for my cat. She is always trying to sneak running water from faucets. It is easy to clean and simple to put back together. She is still adjusting to it, but does use it. It is quiet so noise is not her issue, she just can be skittish of new things and noises.(makes a very slight sound) I use the mat for my senior dog who is always making messes after he eats due to sight and loss of some teeth. So I put the water on enclosed circle one and feed him on the other so it doesn't hit the floor. The bowls don't skate around on the rubber so it stays in place. Which does help him.
