Got these last minute for a backpacking trip. I did my best to get them broken in before I left, but I was pretty concerned they would cause blisters somehow. I'm happy to report they were perfectly comfortable the entire 60 miles. They were a little bit on the large side, but I used insoles and that filled up the extra space. Comfortable, sturdy, waterproof, they hit all the important features and did it in style. Very happy with these.

I like my Danners. Fits as expected. Drenched my feet with ice and water drilling holes in the ice last week and no wet feet! Insole pads are a bit thin. So far, so good Danner.

This was my go to brand in the Marines and this boot surpassed my expectations.

Boots are not comfortable. They have no insole that cushions the feet. They are too narrow and squishes your foot. I bought a size 11.5 and they fit size wise but with the shoes being uncomfortable to wear I decided to scratch this boot and buy a Red Wing boot. I should have returned them and gotten my money back. Live and learn.

I wear an 11.5 in Nike and these fit perfect with an 11.5. Very comfortable and waterproofing works great.
