Elegant, spacious and has many compartments, which puts it on the bigger and heavier side.Some may consider a smaller bag.Leather and zipper of excellent quality, but shoulder strap could be better. Did not rip but I do not carry heavy loads.

I received this today and just transferred all my stuff to it. My 17.3" laptop fits easily into the inner padded compartment. The leather is thick and attractive, and seems very durable, though I can't yet speak to long-term durability. The fittings also seem suitably robust. The shoulder strap is comfortable and doesn't want to slide off (a problem I've had with other bags).A couple of very minor nitpicks... in the front compartment there are loops with snaps, for holding cables (see pic, and notice the gray/black cable on the right). The snap in the loop takes up quite a bit of space on the loop, which means if you have a long and/or thick cable, you might not be able to close the loop around it and get it to snap. My solution was to enlarge the loops I was making with the cable, so it would have fewer turns. That works pretty well.Other than that, there's not a dedicated place to hold a business card for ID purposes. And the bag is a bit floppy, with less shape and structure than some other bags (there are no rigid supports inside it). I expect that over time it will start to conform to what I put in it. A bag with more structure might protect its contents a bit better, but also allow them to bounce around. So I think mainly it's a stylistic preference whether you like one or the other.Those are all minor things and I'm not going to deduct any stars for them. Overall, I'm happy with the bag and I would recommend it.

Well built, great leather, roomy, really really nice bag!!

I got the 17" brown bag. It is superb quality. Other bags will cheap out on their leather, the stitching, the buckles/zippers, etc. I'm no expert but, it feels like this bag was made with very fine attention to every detail without taking any shortcuts. The interior lining is soft, the strap is very high quality, and it easily fits my 17" laptop (it would fit an 18" one too). Go with this bag. You will not be disappointed.

We got this for our boss for Christmas. He didn't get one on his recent trip to Italy. It has such a luxurious feeling! All if the finishes are high end and gorgeous!

This item arrived exactly as described in the listing. You can tell that it is genuine leather, right from when you open the package. The feel and the smell, confirm it. Each magnetic closure and zipper works well. This leather bag has plenty of space for a laptop and many other items. There is genuine leather on the padding that is located on the strip as well. This bag comes with an insert from the company telling you that it has a one-year warranty for any defects, which is great to have. I don’t think you will have to use it though.

This was for my husband, he really liked it. The zipper zips smoothly, plenty of storage and seems like it will be durable. They only downside is he says it’s really heavy, even when empty, compared to other ones he’s looked at.

Bought for my boss. He absolutely loves it.
