This is a good working middle of the road calliper. I use it in my workshop regularly and it works like a dream. Easy to use (and I need that, because I often don't read the fine print), legible and accurate. Great price for a good piece of kit.

Nice set of calipers. They have worked well for me. I use them for measuring thickness and depth of various materials in projects I am working on. They are not a scientific precision instrument where critical measurements are required, but for my everyday use they are more than accurate enough and at a fraction of the cost.This is a metal construction with well machined calipers. You can measure outside, inside and depth. The digital readout is easy to read and can read to 10,000ths in., 100ths mm, and inch fractions.It comes with a precision Philips screwdriver and a replacement battery (LR44/AG13). It comes in a blow-mold plastic case to protect it when in your tool bag/box.It has been a great addition to my tool kit. It has worked very well for me so far and at the current sale price $24.97, it's a good value.

Caliper does exactly what it is supposed to. It measures inside and outside, and the storage case is solid and protects the caliper when not in use. Good quality at a great pricepoint. I recommend it for your toolchest.

Compare to the Canadian tire Mastercraft this is like comparing cardiac with a bicycle, better this than mastercrap one

There is a lot of sideways slop where the jaws are supposed to line up. I would not recommend this if your are building pression parts for NASA. But will work fine for measuring things that only need a sledgehammer fit.
