**Q: i would like to use this for shoulder warm up. What size would you recommend? Thank you**
A: The 4Lb is great for warm up and work out. The 6lb is too heavy for warm up and the 2LB is too light. I have all 4 weighted clubs and I mainly use the 4lb for everything. The only time I used the 2LB is when I injured my shoulder at work and was building my strength back to normal.

A: There are many ways to train rotational movements. I like the rmt club but a med ball would be a better tool for rotational power training imo
