My kids really enjoyed these books. Because the pictures aren’t fully colored my 4 year old was excited to color them and then read them. The way the sight words are emphasized I believe will help the child notice the words and learn them. Overall it’s a good set of books and flash cards for our children’s education.

These are definitely worth what they are. Perfect and simple for my son learning to read. Not the most beautiful pictures, but the are suppose to be simple and short for children learning to read which is exactly what they are! Way better then any of the learn to read books I have tried before which were geared for new readers but just left my son feeling like he would never be able to read. He can even read the first grade books as a kindergartner, so its great for building confidence yet he struggles a touch so he still needs my help reading them.

Excellent for learning to read. We have tried the scholastic little readers, the good and the beautiful and many other readers and these are the best by far. Cute little stories and small books, perfect for learning to read. We have the whole set. Recommend for sure.

Cute set of books. Nice big, simple font for beginning readers. The box and books are bigger than expected (and preferred that way.) They accidentally sent 2 copies of book 1, but no books are missing. My 4 year old is pretty excited for these books. I think they'll be a big help in teaching him to read. I'm looking forward to them as well.

Bob's books are great. 4 year old quickly started reading the whole book! We also use flash cards with the books to learn and reinforce the sight words. These books were highly recommended to me by teachers, and I now recommend them to you!

Our 5 year old’s reading is improving in leaps and bounds with these books! We read a minimum of three a day, so the variety in this pack is really nice. The difference in her confidence within one week of reading these has been completely worth the purchase. I also really enjoy the durable case for these books, as it helps keep them organized and protect them.
