We have a veritable menagerie at home including a long haired golden retriever and a couple of ragdoll cats. After 10 years of battling pet hair with sticky rollers I purchased a 2 pack of Gonzo sponges. What a difference. They grip the hair and pull it out of the fabric What's better is the fact thay they can be used over and over. I wish we'd found these years ago. Recommended.

Recently had our rugs cleaned and deodorized since have two Pomeranians. Noticed after Stanley Steemer left that there was a wrapper for this product that they used to help scrub out the dog hair. Decided to buy the two-pack. Wow! Love it. Really works. Tried it on their dog cart seats and then on their dog beds. Hopefully this will help with the dog smell from old dog hair on their stuff that goes unseen.

I recommend these to all pet owners. This is the best product for picking up cat hair because it’s easy to use, it doesn’t harm fabric or other surfaces, it doesn’t make noise, it can be stored almost anywhere, it can be compressed into small places that need cleaning, and it doesn’t require refills like those rollers things with sticky tape do. However, it will deteriorate over time so it doesn’t last more than 2-3 years. I used to be able to buy Gonzo Sponges that were about a half inch thick. These worked just as well, lasted just as long and cost half as much. Since the thickness of this sponge has nothing to do with its performance, I wish I could find the thinner ones again. However, the places where I used to buy Gonzo Sponges don’t sell them anymore so I’m glad to have found these.
