I have sent one to my son in the ARMY, and purchased several for myself. It is getting very hard to find blankets lined w satin, and that was the main reason I bought my first one.I live in Florida, so we don't get much cold weather, however, this blanket is light enough to sleep w every night, but warm enough for the cooler evenings as well. The material is soft and satiny without being cheap looking. They are durable and easy to wash and dry.
