Is this slicker made in the USA?

I looked all over the products in the bag and can't find any indication of the country of origin. I can tell you that these are quality products and I am pleased with them.

Are the clippers big enough for a large dog?

i don't think they are big enough. works well for small dogs.

How do you contact the Seller if the item is defective. They say 'guarantee' in their listing, but do not give any contact info or link --- what?

I don't. I just call Amazon back & take it from there

I just received my brush, and it feels much rougher than anticipated. Are you 100% sure it's not going to scratch my cat's skin?

It won’t scratch your cat’s skin. Actually this brush massages their skin. My cat is 16 years old and she absolutely loves it. Highly recommended product.
