What do I need to do to close it?** A: Lift the tabs on either side of the spine, that is the lock. I've found that if you open a blade halfway it is easier than fooling with tabs. **Q: Would this product uphold the wear and tear of a 2" duty belt?** A: We think you mean you will wear the sheath in your duty belt, the sheath is very hardy, which can uphold for long durability. **Q: Will the black paint scratch off on the tools after use ?** A: Mine hasn't yet. But minimal use **Q: I opened the file but cannot close it. What do I need to do to close it?** A: Press the button on the side of the multi tool with three arrows pointing towards hinge.
