As a woman in ministry, I ordered a men's tab collar shirt because I was concerned with the fit. After reading reviews that women's tab collar shirts were either too small or too big, I decided to just measure my neck (which is how the shirts are sized) and take my chances. I was not disappointed! The shirt arrived as expected and both the material and fit were perfect. Although it's a men's shirt, it was not too big and boxy. It actually fit comfortably in the neck and came with a tab insert. I wore it to church and received many compliments. I highly recommend this shirt!

The quality of the product is good, but the fit is poor. The neck is a little smaller than the measurement, and the size of the shirt is quite large. I'm a rather fit male, but it swims on me other than the neck. I suppose a portly person might fill out the rest of the shirt well, but he or she may struggle at the neck being larger.

The shirt itself is fine, but the included collar tab is made too short, so that it chronically comes out of the collar on one side or the other. An inch or so added to both ends would have made it secure. As it is I had to hunt up tabs from older discarded shirts. Fortunately, the one I found fits perfectly.

My wife's Dad's neck has increased in size as he has aged. He is a 93 year-old retired pastor (and military chaplain) for whom it is important to wear a clerical collar to special occasions at church. He always took a neck size 16 1/2. He is still his same slender size but needs an 18 1/2" neck. This means the rest of the shirt it huge! We found a seamstress to alter the shirt. The shirt itself is well made with nice quality material.

The fit, finish, and quality are all very nice. For everyday wear they are very comfortable. They are a little baggy at the waist as they are not tapered but they tuck in well and are long enough to stay that way. The waist fit can easily be fixed with an quick and inexpensive trip to a seamstress' or tailor's shop.
