I have tried several cleanse juices before and it was usually a waste because I could never get them down. I ended up randomly picking Running Smoothie on Amazon because it was a 2-day cleanse, reasonably priced, the ingredients were all organic plus they have such cute names. Running Smoothie Juices are really really good. I ended up stretching out the juices and using them as a breakfast and lunch substitute and eating a normal healthy dinner and lost about 8 lbs in about 2.5 weeks. So far it is super sustainable and I don't feel deprived. The smoothies are filling, my favorite is the Vanilla Ice and the Berry Manilow. The juices are really refreshing with a twist. I never really liked root juices but the beet and carrot juices had the vegetables but were not overwhelming. There are interesting combos like cinnamon with OJ that make it taste better. You have got to try it to understand my rave. They also seem to help a lot with digestion.

This cleanse far exceeded my expectation. The juices were light, and refreshing. It is difficult for me to choose a favorite as they were all delicious. Great mellow flavors. from the Melon , Sage Against the Machine, Pearadise , Kaleafornai and Green Day. I was especially pleased with the green juices. Great way to get spinach and kale into your diet and it definitely did not take away from the fabulous flavor. All the juices were a wonderfully interesting mix of fresh ingredients.The smoothies were equally good and they satisfied my hunger for hours. The smoothies were great for that boost of protein I need. The Vanilla Ice was this wonderfully mellow banana, vanilla and cinnamon mix. The President, my favorite was a light citrusy smoothie. The chocolate flavored ones were decadent and really took care of that afternoon sweet craving I struggle with. Again they kept me satisfied well into the evening and I had one for lunch one day and it kept me satisfied all afternoon.I will definitely be ordering this product on a regular basis. Grab and go juice and smoothie will take care of all my food needs on those busy days at work when time for a healthy lunch is not possible. And I plan to use the juices for that healthy in between snack late morning or late afternoon.I have order this cleanse 5 times and use regularly during the week as grab and go snack or lunch at work. Makes it very easy to maintain a healthy diet even while at work.

This is my first time ever doing a juice cleanse or any cleanse for that matter and I am more than half way through my 2nd and last day and am feeling pretty good. I have gone through my hunger pains and for the most part once you get by the first wave it isn't bad and it is more mental than anything. I will update later to advise any ongoing thoughts but definitely had no issues with having to live by a bathroom. The biggest issue is more of these do not taste great and at least 3 of them so far taste really bad, obviously it depends on your taste but man, I had to hold my nose and just go for and than suffer the aftertaste for a while. But I def feel better for doing this so far.

I was looking for organic fresh juices to get me through the cleanse and was recommended by a friend to try Running smoothie. I have to admit I was pretty skeptical at first. I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, tried many different health products and haven't found one that tastes good. Still I ordered 2 day cleanse and was amazed at this product. It tastes great, veggies and fruits blend well together, spices in each drink compliment the combination of all ingredients and bring flavors together.Since I am very physically active and my workouts tend to be very rigorous I need smoothies not just sustain me but also help me with energy during the day. Protein smoothies did not disappoint. They kept me full and gave me boost of energy. I wake up at 4 am every day and usually by midday I am wiped and take short nap. When I consume protein smoothie I don’t need naps, I am so energetic instead of the naps I go for a LONG run.It’s hard for me to pick a favorite flavor… I love them all, Vanilla Ice has very light nutty flavor that I loved. I can drink The President all day long with it’s fabulous citrusy taste.Many times at work I don’t have any time to have lunch and I would go 7-8 hours without eating, now I can just grab smoothies and drink my lunch while I am teaching.I am obsessed with Running Smoothie and recommend it to anyone regardless of your goal. AMAZING product.

I have tried many different juice fasts and this is my absolute favorite so far. First off, the company has AMAZING customer service. I had a problem with my order (totally my fault!) and the company was quick to respond and went above and beyond to take care of it for me.The juice itself was absolutely delicious. I love that it comes in 12 different flavors so you don't get sick of drinking the same thing over and over. Also, the quirky names are cute and fun. A few other juice fasts I have tried were way too sweet but these are the perfect balance. It was enough to keep me full and happy 2 days straight, would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!
