A: I'm not sure if this truck is water proof, but I would think that it would be water resistant.. There are no exposed wires and the battery covers are screwed down.

**Q: What's the speed?**
A: 12KM/h.

A: Yes. I got one and it plugged in fine. Takes a while to charge up, a couple of hours.  But, my grandson loves it. It powers over grass, up hills, etc.

**Q: Is it waterproof**
A: Hello, this RC car isn't waterproof. Since it has four oversize tires, you can play it in shallow water.
