We always use this if we need to install a access hatch. Ya it's little costly but after we are done installation it's beautiful. Also has anti slam opening option. Safe even to install in ceiling. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dimentions shown are actual *by B***N on August 4, 2023* Good product, I just failed to realize it requires 24" +x 36"+.... I am used to everything being made for standard spacing.. ie 24 o/c which means 22 1/2" clear ### ⭐⭐ HINGE FAIL *by A***R on July 1, 2021* The small pivots are not welded in so they fall out. Not terribly well made. If you're in a pinch, they're just ok.
