This is a good quality product.
This product is very durable. This product has a better taste. The texture of this product is quite good. The size is just right. Value was reasonable for two boxes and syrup. The speed of making this product is very fast.

Not buying Pearl Milling Pancake again
The packing by seller was well done and secure. The boxes were in compartments with sturdy cardboard, and the syrup was wrapped and no mess. We had pancakes and syrup for dinner the day of delivery. Tastes great!

good basic mix, easy to prepare
Pancake and syrup combo. Sure why not? Makes a great quick meal. We tend to do "breakfast" for dinner rather than as a breakfast. Just add water, easy peasy. I pretty much prefer a basic pancake mix and syrup such as this. Just has a taste I like. Sometimes I add vanilla extract, or add in fresh fruits. Didnt pay attention to expiration. In my experience these items last a very long time, well outside the best by date.

Bugs inside one of the box!!!
I ordered two boxes of this and when I opened the second one, I noticed something is floating when I’m mixing it with water. It turns out, it has small bugs inside when I opened it! Unbelievable!
