JQUEENJUQEEN Watch Winder 4 with 6 Storages Ebony

Very beautiful finish. So far very pleased but need to see how well it works over time

This product on the surface appears to be well made. The purpose of any winder however is to wind your timepieces and keep them available for use when you want them. I bought 2 winders from JQUEEN and one of them has quit working after a little over 3 months. Their website says they have a 18 month warranty so I sent the company an email to find out what I need to do to get a replacement winder or at least a motor that I can change myself. They have been very difficult to deal with and they don't want to seem to want to honor their warranty. I basically have a very very expensive watch case at this point. If I were looking at JQUEEN I would find another winder as even though it may seem like a good value if it stops working as early as mine did it's just not worth the money. If you are going to advertise a warranty then you should honor it.

This is a decent box/winder. Overall it looks nice, does a good job winding(after you do the math for tpd) and is pretty quiet but I have found some issues with this winder.Issue no1. The pillows in the winder are too small and I need to snap an earplug under the bracelet to get any of my watches to keep from flopping around.Issue no2. This is the big issue. The winders are too close to the acrylic and many of my watches rub against the window! Skx, black bay, hydroconquest, all vostok, kamasu, and I've tried others too. Just about any 40+mm case or any case 13mm+ tall will rub.With all that being said I still keep this box full of Quartz watches and have 4 cheaper auto beaters in the winders. I also have stuck 2 small pieces of 3m in the corners to keep the window spaced up slightly---update---Customer service reached out to resolve issues. Good to see a seller stand behind product. The product works fine - it does the job and looks nice with good construction. That said, I would air it out for a few days to get rid of the manufacturing smell. Also, the programs for clockwise and counter-clockwise only goes in one direction - not both. Otherwise, it looks good and does the job.

Works fine, is quiet, and looks nice. The main complaint is that even thin watches will hit and scratch the top aspect of the clear cover while turning.

Great looking but did I not working

I have had mine for nearly a month now and the watch holders seem to have two different sizes. I need it for smaller watches and it holds most of them. The glazing on the wood looks really nice. You cannot even hear it running when the lid is downMine accidentally came with with wrong adapter but they shipped the correct one right away.The key doesn’t work smoothly in the lock but I don’t expect this winder to be my safe.
