My order to 3 weeks to arrive. Once it arrived I noticed that the 2 cans had multiple dents. I used this product to seal leaks in my studio ceiling. My ceiling is made of aluminum. The product worked perfectly! It was dry to the touch in about an hour. But I did use an industrial fan to help the drying process along.I would highly recommend this product despite the damaged to the exterior of the cans.

Sealing backside of composite wide (11+ inch) deck fascia boards which only had the exposed (visible) portions topcoated with the more weather resistant wood grained material. The backside of these boards has no such protective coating. I split them lengthwise and use them for edging around my yard. Also use them without cutting for ~ 1 foot high planter boxes with open bottoms, and set them which sit on galvanized 1-inch chicken wire laid on the ground beneath (preventing gopher entry). They work great and will last far longer (so far at least ten years) than either wood or plastic material. They provide an attractive wood-grained exposure on the visible side. Use 18" steel stakes and square end u-bolts to hold edging in place. Have some edging and planters over 10 yrs old with no slippage, cracking, or fading. The flex seal helps prevent degradation of the untreated base material.

This arrived damaged but I was given a full refund. I have used this before and the product itself is great. Amazon just had it cheaper this time. Goes on like really think pain and seals well. I have used this for sealing barrel planters to keep them from rotting out so quick. Works as advertised, as seen on TV!

Had a leak in bathroom skylight, it was driving me crazy, I thought about the thousands of dollars I would need for a new roof just because of a small crack. Flex seal did the job, no more leaks, none. The roof can hold another year or so.

My house was built in 1905 I tried 2 other products to get my basement dry which did not work. Flex Seal Liquid Rubber got the job done. I applied with 4 inch brush putting on very thick. Make sure area is drying before starting job and no rain is in forcast

I saw a lot of mixed reviews on this product and was hesitant to buy it. I ended up going with this and using it to reseal the base of a water fountain in our yard. it sealed the cracks and did the trick. I put on a thick first coat and then a thinner second coat. Not really sure if the second coat was needed, but I had enough and figured I go ahead and use it all. The fountain has been working now for several months with none of the leak issues of before, plus the new black coating makes it look much better.

Our outside doors to the cellar kept rusting and looked awful. We painted the doors with black flex seal and they look great and withstand the water well, great product.

Great product. Easy to apply. Easily sealed up the joint for the pipe vents in the roof of my home. No more leaking!
