I first bought a pair of size 13's, but those were a bit smaller than a normal size 13, so I bought a pair of size 14s. YMMV, but I ended up buying an additional pair of the tan colored ones and they were the exact same as the black from a size perspective. The shoes are very comfortable and have plenty of room for my prescription inserts. Waling in them is pure bliss compared to some other, more expensive shoes (HOKA) that I have purchased and ended up sending back. I liked them so well, I bought the tan colored ones to wear to work, they look a little more like a shoe one could wear to work. The value here is very high for the price. I have tried several shoes that cost twice as much and these are now my go to shoe!

I have large, wide, flat feet. I have had plantar fasciitis and related foot problems in the past.Previously I had used Brooks Addition shoes with great success. They supported by feet well and really helped with some of the foot problems I had. I've only worn Brooks for many years.Well Brooks is pretty expensive, so I thought I'd give these a try. First thing - the size is large compared to Brooks. I had a brooks 15 which fit me well and supported my feet well. The fitville 15 and 14 were both like gigantic boats. My size with them was 13. That's not a criticism, just a size difference.They felt ok wearing them around the house indoors. I did notice the lack of support right away, but thought maybe it'll be ok. Well after wearing these shoes outside for about 2 hours with mild walking my feet were starting to hurt. A real pain in and around the ankle.I don't know what the explanation is - I am not a foot or shoe expert. They kind of "slide" down the back and sides of my feet when I walk. I thought that might be because the size was wrong, but no, 13 is the right size for me with these shoes. With the Brooks shoes this did not happen - the shoe stuck to my feet when walking and running.It's a real disappointment. I'll use these sneakers around the house for gardening and mowing the lawn, but I can't use them for walking anywhere and certainly not for running.

I ordered the size that I would normally start out with at a shoe store and this shoe is a perfect fit!One of the features emphasized in the description is walking - which I do a lot of and this shoe is providing comfort throughout the day as I walk and sit. They are light and comfortable with good support. I will definitely buy another pair.

Did not really like the way they feel on my feet, and the laces are not long enough.

The shoe has totally changed recently so existing reviews are not about the current product. The pair I bought recently was my fourth purchase of this particular model. They were never the most attractive shoe in the world, but they fit me well and were comfortable. The new pair was barely recognizable. The material was cheaper, the "F" logo went from sewn on to printed, and most importantly, the size changed. Not only couldn't I get them on, I held them sole to sole with a prior pair, and the older ones were longer and wider; at least two sizes different, but I think the width decreased more than the length. I returned them without problem, and wrote to the supplier asking how to get something from the old production, but I was ignored. I don't know if all Fitville products have been changed, but this model certainly has been.

These are hands down the best shoes I've owned comfort wise. I suffer with corns on my feet that are deep rooted and wear orthotics to help with pressure.For years I wore Nike and such and never thought about a wider toe box shoe. Well my co worker got a similar set and I figured I'd try them. I should have years ago! I can finally walk for hours without pain!!I grabbed two styles cause I like them so much and it was around the price of one set of big brand shoes.Orthotics fit great! My toes have tons of room and my feet don't sweat!For reference I'm 6.1 / 320LB.

Great product. Size right for me. I'm a 9-10. This was 9 and a half. The extra-wide fit puts no pressure on my bunion and the soft support makes walking a pleasure. Definitely recommended.
