This are the perfect size. So far we've used them hot for: ear ache, sinus congestion, muscle pain relief, cramps and comfort. We have used them cold for: headache, muscle pain relief, lunch box and sooth fever aches. I prefer these over the bulky one we already had. I like that I can keep several in the freezer so there's always one ready. Simple to get to correct temp, variety of color makes it easier to switch to a freshly frozen one and the Boo Boo Bear shape is adorable. High quality, flexible but not flimsy, have used in multiple ways and haven't experienced any leaks or splits. The edges are not sharp like other brands. Easy to sanitize after use with a mild soap or cleansing cloth.

These bears work well for little ouchies. They are flexible and don't get too cold. They only stay cold for a short time but long enough for my daughter to forget about her bump.

I purchased this set because my daughter does soccer. They are a great size for those little booboos and the kids also put them on their necks when they played on hot days. We are happy with the size of this product and durability. Plus, they are adorable so all the soccer girls loved them.

Reusable quite good

I've bought and used these to help keep my cat cool on hot days for e.g. it got to 87f in my living room. She won't lay on a cooling mat so I hide these where I think she might lay. I also put them on the computer table to keep it cool so I can put my hands on the table to cool my palms.
